This designation stands for "Graduate, REALTOR® Institute".

This is an educational course for REALTORS ® who wish to gain additional education in real estate beyond what is required to be licensed.

The Education Committee of the National Association of REALTORS® has developed and oversees this program. A REALTOR® with this designation has had advanced training in real estate finance, ethics, sales and more.

This course is a prerequisite to obtaining the CRS designation.
