Jean Heneghan has been selling real estate in Eugene since 1989. She has
helped her clients buy and sell homes in town as well as in the country. Her
clients include investors, whom she has helped with many 1031 exchange transactions.
Computer Technology
She has served on the executive committee of the Eugene PC User's Group, Inc. for four years, and was the 1996 president of the EPCUG.
She created the original homepage for the group. She also wrote her own homepage for real estate. Jean is also the web page database manager
for the local Million Dollar Club, and is the 2010 vice president. Her knowledge and expertise in working with computers and email makes her
very efficient. Her clients receive the benefit of quick and thorough information and service.
Forest Technology
Jean spent two years studying forest technology. She and her husband Tom have spent over 30 years managing their timberland, where Tom has also
operated an organic truck farm. Tom is a wildland firefighter and has worked for the Soil Conservation Service and State Forestry Department.
The experience gained from working together has enriched Jean's knowledge of country issues.

Dance
Jean and her husband Tom love to dance the Argentine Tango. They are avid supporters of the local tango community in Eugene.
The University of Oregon has offered three semester of training in this creative dance, and Jean and Tom have taken all the courses
plus many workshops and classes.
Jean belongs to a modern dance troupe through the Downtown Athletic Club: The DAC Nooners. They perform annually at Dance For A Reason
(a fundraiser) at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts and at other venues.
Service
Jean has served on the Ethics Hearing Panel of the Realtor's Professional Standards Committee.
She has served on the executive committee of the Eugene PC User's Group, Inc. for four years and was the president in 1996.
She is currently (and has been for many years) the web page database manager for the Million Dollar Club of Lane County and 2010 vice president.
